ADRIENNE BANCROFT
President
Adrienne and her family became part of the Bronco/Pony Family when her daughter Sydney joined in 2018, followed by her son joining as a Flag Bronco in 2019. Over the past four years, she and her husband Nathan have dedicated their time to this club, service as Assistant Directors under the incredible Paul Cluff, and then as club Athletic Directors, Their hearts are deeply connected to this club and its families. She is honored to be serving as President for the 2024 season. She feels that the club has an outstanding board, families, and gifted children, She is confident that together, we will continue to grow and thrive as a united unit.
MONICA GREEN
Vice President
Monica Green has been part of the Klein Bronco & Pony Express organization since 2020 with this season being her 3rd year serving as Vice President on the Board. Her son was a Bronco for 2 seasons and had a daughter who was a Pony for 4 years. Monica loves being a part of the Broncos because she has been given an opportunity to personally connect with the families in this program. Her mission this season is to create a positive, fun environment for the kids and to ensure that every family feels valued, represented, and heard.
PAUL TEETERS
Athletic Director
Paul is very excited about being named Athletic Director with the Klein Broncos and Ponies. He is looking forward to being part of this great organization, and continuing a strong tradition within youth football/cheer. He has many years and experience with sports from his days as a student football manager at UH. He has worked with collegiate and pro teams(equipment manager) Even been active in corporate, ticket and team sales. He is married to Jennifer Teeters(1st grade teacher at Krahn Elem.) and has a daughter Emma (13), and son Easton (8).
KELLI SHEPHERD
Treasurer
Kelli Shepherd is currently serving as Treasurer for the Klein Broncos and Pony Express. This will be Kelli's 5th year with the organization and 3rd year as a KBBC Board Member. She also served as Drill Team Mom & Assistant Director.

When Kelli isn't volunteering her time with the organization , she works in the financial industry and has for almost 9 years. Her daughter Aubrie is an Alumni Pony and Assistant Junior Pony Coach,
VALERIE PELHAM
Fundraising Director & Secretary
Valerie Pelham has been with the Pony Express Drill Team for two seasons. In that time she has volunteered in various ways by helping with concessions, making spirit sticks, and donating items for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This will be her daughter's third year on the team and her first as a senior pony. Valerie will be tackling a new role as Fundraising Director this year as well. Her experience stems from her time on the Krahn PTO both helping plan and manage multiple fundraisers and spirit nights. When Valerie isn't busy with PTO, Ponies, or other volunteering opportunities, she spends her free time with her husband, teenage son, and daughter. Her goal this year is to make fundraising both easy and fun for our families as well profitable for the organization.
LAUREN BELT
Football Team Mom Coordinator
Lauren Darilek is currently serving as Team Mom Coordinator for the Broncos. In 2022, she was dedicated to her role as Team Mom for the Super Bowl Championship winning Flag Team. Lauren is returning for her second season and currently has 2 Bronco football players and 1 Pony cheerleader in the program. Lauren's goal in 2024 is to look at the big picture of where the Broncos would like to be, where we would like to go, and how to get us there.
ANGIE MOTES
Drill Team Director
Angie Motes joined the Pony Express in 2020. Angie served on the Board that year as the club’s Secretary. She has served as the Drill Director the last 3 years and will remain in her position for the 2024 season. Makayla her daughter is going into her 5th year as a Pony and absolutely loves every minute of it! Angie’s top priority is spending time with her family and when she is not volunteering her time with the Broncos & Pony Express, she is the Catering & Retail Director at a large Oil & Gas Company.
MELISSA HOHENSHELT
Drill Team Assistant Director
Melissa Hohenshelt has been a Pony Express parent for 4 seasons. The first two years she was a volunteer parent, last year she stepped up to the position as Team Mom and this year will be the Drill Team Assistant Director. She is also currently the Krahn PTO Vice President. Her daughter Paige will be a 6th grader at Kleb Intermediate this coming season and will be a 4th year Pony. She has loved being a Pony, has gained dance and leadership skills and loves all the wonderful friends she has made over the years. Melissa has previously had career in Sales and Marketing and was on the Kleb PTO Board as the Volunteer Coordinator for 2 years. Her husband is currently on Active Duty with the United States Navy Reserve.
LORI TURNER
Drill Team Mom
Lorie has been with Broncos for one season. She is currently a stay at home mom and owns her own bakery business. Her husband is currently the Freshman Head Coach where their oldest son assists her husband as his Junior Assistant Coach. Her daughter is currently on the Junior with the Ponies. She has met so many new friends within the organization and she is excited for her first year as serving as Drill Team mom for the Ponies.
