BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Get to know the dedicated Board Members behind the Klein Broncos & Pony Express. We come from all walks of life and are united in our commitment to make the organization a better place.

President
Adrienne Bancroft
Adrienne and her family became part of the Bronco/Pony Family when her daughter Sydney joined in 2018, followed by her son joining as a Flag Bronco in 2019. Over the past four years, she and her husband Nathan have dedicated their time to this club, service as Assistant Directors under the incredible Paul Cluff, and then as club Athletic Directors, Their hearts are deeply connected to this club and its families. She is honored to be serving as President for the 2024 season. She feels that the club has an outstanding board, families, and gifted children, She is confident that together, we will continue to grow and thrive as a united unit.

Football AD
Robert Harris
Coach Rob has been a dedicated leader with the Broncos for seven years, coaching athletes from flag football through the senior level. In his second year, he guided the freshman team to a Super Bowl runner-up finish. His passion for the program runs deep, with both of his sons involved—one now a freshman at Klein Collins and the other a sixth grader at Schindewolf with both playing football.
A two-time All-Conference linebacker at Angelo State University, Coach Rob brings both experience and enthusiasm to the field. His family is equally committed to excellence—his wife, Hopee (Coach), and daughter, Marlee (Pony), are proud members of the award-winning Pony Express Cheer Team.

Treasurer
Kelli Shepherd
Kelli Shepherd is currently serving as Secretary for the Klein Broncos and Pony Express. This will be Kelli's 6th year with the organization and 4th year as a KBBC Board Member. She also served as Drill Team Mom, Assistant Director, and Treasurer.
When Kelli isn't volunteering her time with the organization, she works in the financial industry and has for almost 10 years. Her daughter Aubrie is an Alumni Pony and Assistant Junior Pony Coach,

Vice President
Michelle Nielsen
Michelle Nielsen has been a part of the Broncos family for the last 2 seasons. This will be her son’s 3rd year and will be on the Sophore team this year. Last year Michelle was the freshman Team Mom and is so excited to get to serve on the board in 2025. Her goal this season is to do her very best to help where she is needed to make this year a success for our kiddos and their families.
Outside of football Michelle works full time in the dental field and has been doing so for the last 15yrs.

Fundraising Director
Valerie Pelham
Valerie Pelham has been with the Pony Express Drill Team for two seasons. In that time she has volunteered in various ways by helping with concessions, making spirit sticks, and donating items for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This will be her daughter's third year on the team and her first as a senior pony. Valerie will be tackling a new role as Fundraising Director this year as well. Her experience stems from her time on the Krahn PTO both helping plan and manage multiple fundraisers and spirit nights. When Valerie isn't busy with PTO, Ponies, or other volunteering opportunities, she spends her free time with her husband, teenage son, and daughter. Her goal this year is to make fundraising both easy and fun for our families as well profitable for the organization.

Football Team Mom Coordinator
Tina Carter
Tina Carter is currently serving as Team Mom Coordinator for the Klein Broncos. This is her first year on the Board and we are so excited for her to be a part of the team!

Drill Team Director
Angie Motes
Angie Motes joined the Pony Express in 2020. Angie served on the Board that year as the club’s Secretary. She has served as the Drill Director the last 4 years and will remain in her position for the 2025 season. Makayla her daughter is an alumni Pony will be a student coach this year! Angie’s top priority is spending time with her family and when she is not volunteering her time with the Broncos & Pony Express, she is the Catering & Retail Director at a large Oil & Gas Company.

Drill Team Assistant Director
Lorie Turner
Lorie has been with Broncos for two seasons! She is currently a stay at home mom and owns her own bakery business. Lorie’s daughter is on her second year as a Junior Pony and her husband is currently a Sophomore Coach where their oldest son assists her husband as his Junior Assistant Coach. Her daughter is currently on the Junior with the Ponies. She has met so many new friends within the organization and she is excited for her second year serving on the Board!

Drill Team Mom
Gaby Bradshaw
This will be Gaby’s second season with the Ponies! She joined the board in her first year and hasn’t looked back. Her daughter Ronnie is a second year Pony on the Junior team and her son Levi is on the Junior Football Team! She has three kids and is a stay at home mom. She also helps with Bundles of Hope, an organization that helps underprivileged families and families in need in the surrounding communities. We are so excited to have her back this year serving as our Drill Team Mom!

Secretary
Victoria Winder
Victoria Winder is proud to serve as Secretary on the Klein Broncos Pony Express board for the 2025 season. While this is her first year on the board, she’s no stranger to the Broncos community.
Her son Camren is kicking off his third season playing with the Juniors, and this year marks her daughter Nadia’s first year as a Pony.
Victoria brings her passion for planning, attention to detail, and a deep love for the community into her board role. She looks forward to helping coordinate events that bring families together and ensure the Broncos continue to thrive—making each year even better than the last.
When she’s not cheering from the sidelines or organizing events, Victoria works as a dedicated realtor serving the Houston and Klein area. Whether it’s on the field or in the community, she believes in showing up, working hard, and helping others feel at home.

Member at Large
Maria Montoya-Parlins
This will be Maria's first year on the Klein Broncos and Ponies Board and we are so excited to have her! Her son is joining the Broncos Sophomore Team while her daughter joins the Senior Pony Express!
In her personal life, Maria is passionate about building stronger, more connected communities and has over 15 years of experience in public administration. She currently serves in leadership roles at Interfaith of The Woodlands and Workforce Solutions, focusing on workforce development, resource coordination, and strategic partnerships that create lasting impact.
Throughout her career, Maria has helped individuals and families access the tools they need to thrive—whether through employment support, social services, or community programming. She is known for her compassionate leadership, collaborative spirit, and unwavering commitment to public service.

Social Media Director
Pedro Guerrero
I’m Pedro Guerrero, I’m super excited to be your Social Media Director for the Klein Broncos & Ponies 2025-2026! My amazing wife Ashley and I have been married for 12 wonderful years, and we’re proud to be part of this awesome community along with our children! Our son Noah is on the field with the JR football Broncos team, and Our daughters Adalynn and Delilah bring the spirit on the Ponie’s cheer/drill team.
I’m also a recent colon cancer survivor aka @ColonCancerAmigo on social media! I use my platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook—you name it!) to share awareness, positivity, and the occasional jokes. I’m all about capturing the energy, fun, and heart of our organization, and making sure all those great moments make it to your feed. Let’s cheer loud, support each other, and maybe go a little viral while we’re at it! I can’t wait to capture all of our winning moments for this year!!
